Returns, Exchanges & Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it — for any reason.

✨ Returns for Change of Mind

  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

🔄 Exchanges for Size, Colour or Product

  • Exchanges are accepted based on stock availability.

  • The procedure is similar to returns.

⚠️ Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please include clear photos of the damage and a description of the issue.

  • Once approved, you can choose between a full refund, product replacement, or store credit.

  • We cover all return shipping costs in case of product faults or mistakes on our part.

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect sizing are the customer's responsibility. For damaged/defective items or shipping errors, we will cover the return fees.
